Clyde and Co.
Integration of high-quality presentation and video conferencing facilities into 12 meeting rooms at new London HQ.

Global law firm Clyde & Co had embarked on the relocation of their main UK head quarters into the iconic St Boltolph Building London and we were tasked with the delivery of high-quality presentation and video conferencing facilities into 12 meeting rooms.
Each of the many client rooms had varying requirements for multimedia presentations and conferencing systems. The request was to develop an environment that would replicate each of the other rooms with adjustments being made for room size and configuration. The showcase of the facilities being a partitioned conference room with two 103” High Definition displays working in a single or room join format.

Many rooms had the requirement of Video Conferencing to improve communication between all the Clyde & Co global offices. Cisco HD Systems were installed to provide conferencing via an IP/ISDN system and were capable of sharing client content.
To ensure the quality of Audio matched the HD images, retractable in-table microphones were deployed with the larger meeting rooms, with a simple touch-sensitive halo ring system to identify when microphones are in use or muted.
To meet the clients requirements of audiovisual equipment for the systems to be operated easily and understood by all who need to use it, we installed a centralised control system with a Crestron Control System, with added support of remote management via Crestron Roomview.
