We were commissioned to deliver the AV fit-out for the meeting and training spaces in their brand-new London offices.

Allied World Assurance are a leading global insurance & re-insurance company, situated in London’s iconic 30 St Mary’s Axe “The Gherkin”. The challenge was to delivery training, boardroom and reception presentation facilities along with the delivery of IPTV solution across the office.

Our Brief

During their office relocation, we were commissioned to deliver the AV fit-out for the meeting and training spaces in their brand-new London offices.

Working alongside office fit-out firm Collins Construction, who we have worked with on several projects previously, we delivered a variance of creative AV solution for their new space.

Requiring a video conferencing platform to connect with colleagues and clients, Allied World Assurance sought effective and easy-to-manage meeting & training spaces that were simple to use for all members of staff and clients.

Introducing a Video Conference Room solutions to over 10 meeting & training spaces with a next-generation PTZ camera and audio technology, Allied World Assurance meeting & training spaces are effortlessly controllable with the touch of a button.

Promoting a user-proof wireless presenting function that is part of the room functionality, devices are automatically identified when they enter a room so that sharing is wireless, fast and simple, even if a user has not had experience with VC previously. In addition, the installation of Room Booking solutions make this space a pleasure to work and present in.
